A propos

After graduating from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble as micro-electronics engineer and following his master’s degree in Technology Management at EM Lyon business school, Youssef Barradi joined the american giant Motorola Semi-Conductors as Program Manager back in 1999, managing new products development and introduction, within the emerging mobile industry. 4 years later, he moved to Procter & Gamble Morocco to lead the laundry business in North West Africa managing the Tide brand in Morocco. In 2006 he was promoted to a corporate position in Geneva Switzerland as brand manager on Gillette’s brand Braun, within the CEEMEA region. In 2009 he was back to Casablanca to develop P&G laundry tier 1 activities in Morocco and Algeria leading the Ariel brand. In 2011, he joined Lesieur-Cristal as Marketing Director and was promoted as Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the Moroccan subsidiary. On top of his current marketing and strategic development responsibilities, Youssef is leading the latest margarine and shortening acquisition “Indusalim” integration and development.
